About the junior competition
Wallsend Touch runs one of the largest and most inclusive junior touch football competitions in the Hunter Region. We cater for players from age 4 right through to 17s & Under, with Boys and Girls divisions at every age group.
Our junior competition is played in a safe, fun and structured environment with experienced officials and a strong focus on player development, teamwork and enjoyment of the game.
Whether your child is stepping onto a field for the very first time or is an experienced junior player, there's a place for them at Wallsend Touch.
Competition nights
Junior competition runs Tuesday evenings during the spring season. Check our events calendar for exact round dates and finals schedules.
All junior games are played at our home ground at Upper Reserve, with 18 junior playing fields and full facilities on site.
Our canteen operates on junior competition nights. Changerooms, toilets and spectator areas are available for all families.

Cubs Program
The Cubs program is our dedicated introduction to touch football for the very youngest players. Starting 13 October, Cubs get 5 weeks of fun, structured sessions designed just for little ones.
